!1year old?????

Oh the places your little feet will go....

I know we say this all the time. but time really does fly by!!!
I cannot believe that a year has gone by and my baby is not a baby anymore!! It really does feel like yesterday that Maymie and I were playing outside and I was ignoring the signs that is little bundle of joy was ready... Little did I know that he was ready to be born to let Maymie and Daddy know that he was not a girl:) I always feared that my water would break in Kroger's or Target, well I am glad that did not happen and glad that I did not wait until it did break to go to the hospital.
Even though having natural child birth was not in my birth plan, I did it (screaming and all), just a little gift from my little boy:) Different experiences only makes us stronger:) He is a very sweet little boy and we are so blessed to have him in our world!

His favorite word is DOG. He can say Momma, Daddy, bye bye, hi, no, and what sounds like Maymie, cat & fish. He can wave and blow kisses (with a little help) and do the famous way Maymie says Love you! He loves to give kisses-- yes open mouth kisses!!

He can stand up by himself and reach up to pick him up, hold on and walk, but no steps yet. Loves to get into EVERYTHING- and loves to look at you and just smile while he is doing it:) Loves the bathroom-- the toilet is a fun water park and the TP is so cool to pull of the roll. LOVES FOOD!! He eats pretty much anything you put in front of him. Loves sippy cups and loves to steal pacifiers. Loves the bath-- I think he thinks he is a fish:) Pretty sure that is he going to love to swim. Loves his blue blanket-- we do not go anywhere without it! Loves to be outside and watch all that is going on.
Thanks little man for making our world a brighter place!
Our two sweet wild children!!

Go ahead and enjoy your cake!!

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

Audrey Hepburn:
“For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run their fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone. People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and remembered; never throw out anyone. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.”
