Volleyball crazy!

Thanks to Nana for watching Maymie, Marleigh, Dakota, and Bailee! If I am going to start with that you know that the day was wild! My JV girls had a tournament at Franklin High. We arrived at the gym at 8:00 am for a day full of fun volleyball! Little did we know that we were going to be there until 7:00 pm! I will say it was all worth it in the end! The girls went to the silver division and were the champs! I am very proud of how they played, the effort all day and most of all I am just proud!! Way to go Flegel and girls!!!

Ok and for how I started off... Mom enjoyed her day with a house full of love!! Thanks Mom for all your help!
Matt and I are getting a taste of what it would be like with a new baby tonight. Marleigh is spending the night so far it has been good...I will let you know later if I think Matt and I can even think about going there!!! or maybe we will just keep Marleigh forever:) I know I know I have to give her back! Church should be lots of fun--- I hope we make it before it is all over:)

First 1/2 day of Preschool!

So for those who were wondering no crying from either one of us today!!! Well we did have a little melt down when I told Maymie that she could not go to school in her PJ's, but beside that everything went smooth!! I am very proud of her!!! When I picked her up she was so excited to tell me about her fun day and what they are going to do on Thursday!! She finally got to play on that playground-- that was one of my tricks that I was using telling her only preschool students got to play on it-- so she is big now!! Thanks Ms. Sandra!!! Here are some pictures of her - away from the fence. I thought it would be fun to mesure her year by year by the tree that Maymie and Matt planted together. Make it a good day!!

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

Audrey Hepburn:
“For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run their fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone. People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and remembered; never throw out anyone. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.”
