Madden is 13 months!

So turning one is a fun thing to do!

There are all types of new adventures out there for a one year old!

Madden has taken steps and can Stumble around.

Everyday he gets better!

He hates milk-- which is very weird cause he nursed
for a year and seemed to love mom's milk!

We are working hard on liking milk! The Doctor said to try some strawberry or chocolate syrup in his milk-- OK that would be a smack in Maymie's face considering that she has not had flavored milk in 4 years! Nothing against those who choose to do that I just think that our kids should drink white milk-- cause if she is anything like me once to get chocolate in there-- forget the other!! Madden loves to drink water-- I do love that!! Water is my favorite!!!
He is a very good eater-- I feel like he is in his high chair eating most of the day!
Loves to laugh and smile!!

Loves to get into whatever Maymie is doing! Drives Maymie crazy!!Loves to tell Maymie no no no!! Loves when Daddy gets home from work! Loves water to play in-- I think both of our kids are half fish.
Loves to be outside.

Thinks it is so funny to crawl back and forth over your back-- his favorite time to do that is during story time before bed! Still loves his blue blanket-- we always have to have blue-- yes even when it is hot outside! We like to think he can say things one of his new things sounds like "all done" My guess is we think that cause he does his arms out and says it-- that is what we do to ask him if he is done eating.

Does not mind to be dressed up by Maymie-- one day he will be mad about that:)

He has this weird obsession about pitching. He loves to pitch my neck, hands, Matt's ears and loves to hold on to my collar bones like they are monkey bars! Loves to see his friends and family! Loves bubbles. OK there are not to many things he does not like-- Milk, riding in a stroller, being quiet, sitting still, running out of food-- you know all the normal one year old things:) Happy 13 months bud!!! Love ya!!

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

Audrey Hepburn:
“For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run their fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone. People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and remembered; never throw out anyone. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.”
